Protein deficiency can result in:
1. Reduced muscle mass, so cannot withstands heavy load
2. Hair loss
3. Growth Disorders in children
4. Continuous protein Deficiency can be fatal because it may cause the disease kwashiorkor and can lead to death.

So many benefit of the protein for the body. Can be imagined and we know what will happen when our bodies lack of protein. Protein needs must be fulfill through the intake of foods rich in animal and vegetable protein sources.
